I would recommend that every trial lawyer get Donna Bader's new book and review it before each trial. The short and concise "how to" pearls of wisdom found in each chapter WILL help you win your case and WILL show you how to protect your judgment on appeal. I think Thomas Jefferson was thinking of Donna's book when he penned his famous words, "information is the currency of democracy".
